Third-Party Services
BetSurf integrates the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Firebase — Authentication, database, analytics, and push notifications
- Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In — Authentication providers
- IronSource / LevelPlay — Ad mediation (ads are not shown to premium users)
Advertising and Third-Party Ad Networks
BetSurf is supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob together with IronSource/Unity LevelPlay ad mediation, which serves ads from multiple networks including Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and Meta Audience Network.
These ad networks may collect and use device identifiers (such as your device's advertising ID) and other technical and usage data to serve and measure the ads shown in BetSurf, and, where you have consented, to personalize the ads you see.
Where required by applicable law (including in the EEA, the UK, and certain U.S. states), we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads through a consent form shown on first use. You can review or change your choice at any time from Settings > Ad Privacy Choices in the app.
On iOS, we also request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before using your device's advertising identifier for ad tracking purposes.
Account Deletion
You can delete your BetSurf account at any time, either from within the app (Settings > Delete Account) or by submitting a request on our account deletion page. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed, including your profile, prediction history, and leaderboard entries.
